This 16-page Year in Review was written and designed to compliment the much larger, 72-page digital Annual Report. It functions as the main brochure that highlights the major developments and research happening at the Center.
Handed out at every game, the Sacramento Kings Gametime is an integral piece of communication to the fans. In order to reduce costs yet retain the quality and important information the fans come to expect, I, along with the creative Director at the Kings, Casey Catlett, came up with a solution that was both creative and economical. The design of this 1-page folded piece looks like an old tome in keeping with the "Defend Your Honor" fantasy theme.
This tri-fold brochure encapsulates what it means to be a Sacramento Kings Dancer: Beautiful, Bold and Energized. The paint splatter theme is a variation on that year's Sacramento Kings painted theme.
When designing this 16-page printed brochure, I wanted to capture one of the underlying aspects of choosing a life of research: to ask and seek out answers to questions. Each of the engineers for their respective projects was tasked to give me a fundamental question they are trying to answer in their research. The end result is a unique piece that is as much about exploration as it is about information.
Designed to focus on the natural beauty of the farmland and habitat.
The catalog's bold design preserves the spirit of the design style and branding for the Original SWAT footwear company.
